Elide always uses local, seasonal raw materials and, to better comply with this philosophy, Il Centro has had its own vegetable garden for some years now, looked after personally by the family.

The 100 m2 plot of land supplies the restaurant with fresh vegetables, flowers and herbs, grown in a totally natural way, without the use of pesticides and chemical treatments, to fully enhance the organoleptic characteristics of every product.

The management of the vegetable garden and greenhouse is an opportunity for all the restaurant staff to interact and learn, to rediscover old local and certified varieties and to experiment with new combinations in the kitchen. The project is destined to grow in time, fuelled by a passion for top quality ingredients.
